Souhrn

Vysoce senzitivní troponin (troponin I a troponin T) je sérový marker specifický pro myokardiální lézi. Zvýšenou hladinu vysoce senzitivního troponinu lze nalézt u akutního koronárního syndromu, ale také u řady jiných onemocnění. Diferenciální diagnostika zvýšených hodnot vysoce senzitivního troponinu představuje velkou výzvu pro lékaře urgentního příjmu. Kromě akutního koronárního syndromu se musí myslet i na další možné příčiny, například jiná kardiovaskulární onemocnění, infekce, onemocnění ledvin a také věk pacienta. Tento přehledový článek přináší náhled na zvýšení vysoce senzitivního troponinu z jiných než ischemických příčin a soustředí se na prognostický význam tohoto markeru.
