Acute diarrhoea diseases are frequent in childhood. Enteral non-complicated diarrhoea predo-minates. In some patients however the course of the disease may be complicated and organdamage may be present. The authors demonstrate this fact on the clinical course of Yersiniaenterocolitica infection.
