Overview
The anterior cruciate ligament tear is a serious injury changing biomechanics and proprioception of the knee joint. The operation techniques and the rehabilitation protocols are constantly innovated and lead to faster return to preinjury level of activity including sports. The teamwork of the surgeon, physiotherapist and motivated patient is the key factor for the best possible result in the progressive therapy.
