Overview
The authors draw attention to different recommendations from the point of view of physiotherapy, which are encountered in practice in the therapy of patients with LCA and mention other therapeutic procedures, which can be used in prevention as well as in postoperative therapy of the knee joint. Sixteen simple exercises are demonstrated – 8 in an open kinematic chain and 8 others in a closed treatment kinematic chain, which can be used as a part of the training unit as well as in autotherapy. Last but not least the attention is drawn to the preventive character of the selected exercise. In the conclusion the authors point out that in the postoperative rehabilitation a primary attention should not be centered to the time axis -i.e. what should be managed in one week, but rather to the objective part of the matter, ui.e. what the patient should manage after the operation.
