Overview
The aim of our report is to provide guidance on how to manage the infant and toddler examination reports and the effect of their rehabilitation, which can be used not only by the physiotherapist, but also by his/her colleagues, the paediatrician and the parents of the child, too. We focus on variations in motor development that lead us to reveal the cause, which is why the motor development of the child is not progressing as expected. All categories of examination are clearly listed in the text. It is also described in this report how to examine global patterns that are the most important for assessing the success of therapy. For the complexity of examinations, we recommend performing postural responses and reflexes. For clarity, the text is supplemented with some examples of examination records. At the end of the presented text, we briefly mention the frequency, duration of stimulation and content of Vojta therapy in the home environment.
