Overview

The introduced case report deals with a patient participating in the „Above-Standard Health Program“ whose aim was to verify and also to find out to what extent it is possible to influence chronic pain of observed patients and to monitor the specific factors that contribute to the chronic pain relief. In the case report there is introduced the patient with a gross organic finding. Despite the finding there were accessible functional changes of the movement apparatus simultaneously with the intervention. After the treatment there came a clinical compensation with a regression of painful symptomatics together with a absence of analgetic treatment.
