Overview

The authors describe diagnostic and dispensary procedure in patients with occupational asthma. They emphasize cooperation ofall specialists and the need to start investigation of occupational asthma as soon as possible before advising a patient to leavework. It is hard to confirm the diagnosis of occupational asthma due to a sensitizer, when the patients is out of work for the longtime and underwent the antiinflammatory treatment.
