Re-classification of Occupational Diseases after Ten Years

Although occupational diseases which were notified in 1990 and 1991 according to the decision of the Minister of Health andSocial Affairs CR on re-classification, did not meet then valid medical criteria for notification of occupational diseases and still donot meet them now, it is not possible to draw an assessment conclusion according to § 7 of regulation no.342/1997 coll. they do notexist. Such an assessment could be issued only in case when the patient’s condition which in patients with these diseases wasnotified as an imminent occupational disease was cured beyond doubt.
