Overview
The article discusses general aspects of the complexity of treatment with therapeutic preparations without determined conditions of the height of reimbursement form the remedies of public health insurance. It briefly covers the basic legal framework of these problems and presents the causes of disagreement between physicians, their patients and health insurance companies in decision making about the reimbursement.
