Overview
As of 1 June 2018, the Sickness Insurance Act introduces a new pro-dose benefit – long-term care provided for long-term care needs. Given that this is a new benefit, the legislation of which affects a number of actors – the person being treated, the caretaker, the bed and outpatient and the employers, basic information on the reasons and purpose of the benefit is provided.
