The author explains the legal prerequisites of last wills, disinheritance, fights and sale contract.He discusses briefly the basic procedures of forensic expert opinions of these legal proceduresand draws attention to the pitfalls during these expert investigations which are among the mostimportant ones in the medico-legal sphere. The author discusses in particular the evaluationof statements of witnesses and medical documentation.Forensic assessment of these legal procedures does not include only dementia and organicmental disorders, but may pertain also to other diagnostic categories in psychiatry.
