Untypical secondary cancer after radiotherapy for prostate cancer

Overview
On two case studies from our department we present emergence of untypical secondary malignant disease at patients with a primary adenocarcinoma of prostate having been treated by conventional curative radiotherapy. We want to point out a general risk of secondary malignity, which can be omitted in practice, and certain diagnostic pitfalls as well.
