Overview
The authors deal with the issue of reporting the codes of health care procedures related to the treatment of a patient with the syndrome of a carpal tunnel. It is an operation – decompression of n. medianus – from the point of view of revisory activities of health insurance companies. The conditions for the care are different in an outpatient and inpatient setting based on the health care documentation.
