Legal Regulations for the Revisory of an Institutional Care Justification

Overview
The article deals with the most important current legal regulations related to the revisory of justification of an institutional, especially follow-up health care. The goal is to describe the current legal position in which the health care is provided by health care facilities and the costs are covered by health insurance companies. The knowledge of these legal regulations is necessary for both reviewers from health insurance companies and providers of inpatient health care. The paper presents also the information on regulations for management of health care documentation in a paper and electronic form and their filing.
