Overview
The author informs about focal dystonia with special reference to focal dystonia in performing musicians, the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture and possible kinds of treatment. A typical case history of the disease deals with a perioral focal dystonia in a military musician playing a tuba describing clinical course of the disease, therapy, expert opinion problems related to occupational origin and further professional prospects.
