Overview
Following the syndrome of carpal tunnel, isthmus lesions of nervus ulnaris in the elbow are the most frequent professional isthmus mononeuropathies. It is important to know anatomical, physiological and pathogenetic principles of their development for the purpose of disease managamement including assessment of professional impact for acknowledging the occupational disease.
Key words:
isthmus syndrome, lesion of nervus ulnaris in the elbow, occupational disease
