General practical medicine (GPM) is the most comprehensive medical branch acting in the area of sc. primary care, together with practical pediatrics (PP), medical first aid service and LSPP. The LSPP service is obviously provided by physicians who are specialized especially in GPM or PP. Therefore, it is only the arrangement for medical service in reach at the time outside the common medical service or working time. The quality of care applied by the practical (family) physician.
