Overview

The topic covers extra benefits and allowances related to transport of handicapped persons, partially also contributions to adaptation of the flat. It was chosen due to financial costs of these benefits and their impact on the whole social field. In his paper, the author proposes some solutions which would save financial resources and decreased the number of applicants in the future. He profits from his nine year practice when assessing applications for extra benefits and allowances for severely handicapped citizens.
