Overview
We present a case report of an eighty‑year old polymorbid female patient using longterm antithrombotic therapy who developed a rectus sheath haematoma dissecting to Retzius’ space. Urinary bladder compression caused oligoanuria and acute kidney injury. Spontaneous urinary bladder perforation subsequently developed.
