Overview
We present a rare case of metastatic dissemination of urothelial carcinoma into the renal parenchyma. Radical cystectomy with right nefroureterectomy was performed in a 60-years-old man. Dense cyst of the left kidney was described on CT examination. Therefore a partial left side nephrectomy was performed in the second session. The histological diagnosis of a solitary metastasis of the urothelial carcinoma was made.
