Overview
We would like to present a case report of a 41-year-old female, with chronic right upper pole nephrolithiasis who underwent nephrectomy due to pyelonephritis with abscess formation. An incidental finding of advanced keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis was diagnosed in the surgical specimen.
