Stenosis of the left main coronary artery due to compression by a dilated pulmonary artery

Compression of the left main coronary artery (LMCA) is most frequently induced by dilation of the pulmonary artery during pulmonary hypertension (PH). We report the case of a female patient with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) with a clinical picture of acute coronary syndrome. Selective coronarography (SCG) was performed in the patient, which found tight LMCA stenosis due to compression by a dilated coronary artery. LMCA stenosis was treated by implanting a drug stent.
