Overview
Physicians in all medical fields come across thyroid gland disease. The diagnosis of thyroid diseases is easy, providing we give it sufficient thought and therapy is also usually successful. If the treatment procedure is correctly applied, the patient is likely to live a completely normal life. A short overview of up-to-date diagnostic and therapeutical possibilities is presented.
