Overview
The paper informs about the current situation in postgraduate education of physicians, dentists and pharmacists according to the valid legal directives (Law No. 95/2004 of the Digest and procedural regulations). The basic requirements for the occupation performance in above stated professions, the procedure of obtaining specialized qualification for physicians, dentists and pharmacists and the current system of fields of specialized education of physicians, dentists and pharmacists are presented. The review of valid legal provisions is enclosed at the end.
