Overview
Belneotherapy is indispensable in the system of preventive health care as a primary care to prevent functional organic disease as well as a secondary intervention to limit the repetition or complications of chronic diseases. The principle of therapeutic effects of balneologic therapy is the specific importance of natural resources which cannot be replaced for their favorable effects on human organism in certain spa areas (climate, landscape, therapeutic applications). It is the meaning of optimization (returning to normal) of physiological processes in the way of adaptation to the series of mostly physical stimuli (natural and artificial).
