Overview
The long-term fixation of lower extremities in children with inborn defects of lower extremities exerts negative effects on the trophic processes of the affected limbs and its participation in the body scheme. In this period of time the reflex locomotion according to Vojta can be of advantage for decreasing negative consequences of plaster bandager and possible surgical intervention.
