Overview

The authors describe anesthesiological and algesiological approaches and techniques which maybe used in physiotherapy of shoulder and making rehabilitation more efficient. Anatomical relationsof brachial plexus to adjacent structures are important for correct accomplishment of neural block.A comprehensive survey of techniques and approaches brachial plexus and cervical spine blocksis presented and principles of differential block of mixed nerves are described. The authors point outa close collaboration of anesthesiologist with rehabilitation physician and physiotherapist.
