Overview
The paper presents the problems related to the assessment of entesopathies of a distal humerus focusing on the principles of a correct clinical diagnostics and appropriate additional examinations. It defines the term chronic entesopathy and describes its impact on the function of an upper extremity. The autor presents orthopedic kriteria of the assessment and the knowledge he gained in the practice of the consultant for occupational diseases of the orthopedic origin.
