Overview
The increasing prevalence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is becoming worldwide problem. It represents a serious problem because of morbidity, mortality and treatment costs. COPD is multi-component disease associated with several extrapulmonary manifestations with create conditions for development of comorbidities.
