Rare thrombosis of pampiniform plexus in a COVID-19 patient – a case report

Overview
In this case report, we present a 48-year-old patient with several comorbidities who was seen under follow at the Department of Urology Motol University Hospital for recurrent bilateral epididymitis followed by rare pampiniform plexus thrombosis. The viral disease COVID-19, which is known to increase the likelihood of thrombophilic conditions, occurred prior to this presentation.
