Lichen striatus is a rather rare dermatosis clinically characterised by linear configuration.Histopathological findings show combination of spongiosis and lichenoid features with extremecases of purely eczematoid or purely lichenoid microscopical picture.We present clinical and histopathological findings in eleven patients with this disease.
