Objective:
The using of the zygotes with one pronucleus (1PN) in assisted reproduction.Subjective: The retrospective analysis.Setting: Assisted Reproduction Centre, Gynecology-Obstetrics Department, 1stMedical Faculty ofCharles University, Apolinářská 18, Prague 2, 128 00 Czech Republic.Subject and Methods The development of the zygotes with 1PN in vitro, their implantation anddevelopment potential.Conclusion: The article describes two deliveries of two healthy children originated from transferof one pronucleus zygotes. On the basis of both, our observation and also information fromliterature, we propose don´t discard 1PN zygotes but culture them in vitro and in indicated casesto transfer them into uterus or cryopreserve for next cycle.
