The author analyzes a file of patients who were hospitalized on account of themid-facial third fracture after brachial force in 1998–2002. He presents statistical dataconcerning sex, age, localization, afflicted side and fracture frequency. The author emphasizesthe specialties of these injuries regarding the season, time and location.
