Overview
The review article presents nutritional factors affecting inflammatory processes, vascular system flexibility, dyslipidaemia, oxidative stress and glycation. Furthermore, the author analyses possible diet regimens suitable and less suitable for cardiovascular prevention and rehabilitation.
