(hereafter “Administrator”)
The administrator processes personal data of users of its services on the basis of the granted consent, in accordance with a legitimate interest or on the basis of a mutual contractual relationship. In some cases, the Administrator also processes special category data on the health status of its users, which users communicate to it for the purpose of using the Administrator's services, and always only on the basis of a special consent for the processing of personal data, including special category data.

In the event that the processing of personal data requires and assumes the prior consent to the processing of personal data (or the processing of a special category data), the texts can always be found on the individual pages of the Administrator.
The processing of personal data by the Administrator is carried out in accordance with the valid legislation governing personal data protection, especially according to Act No. 110/2019 Coll., On Personal Data Processing (hereinafter the “Personal Data Processing Act”) and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “General Data Protection Regulation”)
The administrator retains the data for a maximum period of 10 years from the last use of its service by the user, or until the granted consent is withdrawn.
The Administrator explicitly states that it processes special category data of the subjects, in particular data on health status, in order to prepare an expert response within the on-line counselling service, but always with the express consent of the data subjects.
The Administrator explicitly notifies its users, as data subjects, of their rights related to processing according to the above-mentioned legal regulations, both in relation to personal data and to a special category of personal data, in particular:
- To the right to access, correct or delete their personal data, or to restrict processing;
- To the right to raise an objection to the processing;
- To the right to data portability in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
- To the right to withdraw the consent at any time;
- To the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
The Administrator also states that personal data is processed only to the extent that it has been provided by users and only for the above purposes.
Administrator performs the following actions with personal data: stores it in the users database, modifies it when users request update or modifications, searches it within its database, sorts it according to individual criteria for counselling service requests, and disposes of it after the above processing period or after a user withdraws their consent; The Administrator hands over the data only to processors from among experts processing the explicitly asked questions from users, and always only with the prior consent of the data subject.
