Studie o ­výskytu protilátek viru hepatitidy E ve dvou oblastech České ­republiky

Overview

Cílem této práce bylo vyšetřit vzorky sér 230 lidí žijících ve 2 oblastech České republiky (Znojmo a Jihlava) na přítomnost IgG protilátek proti viru hepatitidy E (HEV). Byl použit komerční ELISA kit firmy DIA.PRO a bylo nalezeno 13 séropozitivních osob, což je 5,7 % z vyšetřovaných. Séropozitivita byla vyšší u žen (6,8 %) než u mužů (3,7 %), ale tento rozdíl není statisticky signifikantní. Průměrný věk séropozitivních osob byl 38 let a séronegativních 39,4 let. Historie výzkumu viru VHE v České republice se datuje do 80. a 90. let a počet nahlášených případů virové hepatitidy E se každým rokem zvyšuje.
