Paper dealswith problems of patient’s complaint about the activity of health careworkers.Author submits his findingsresulting from the qualitative analysis of individual cases, which are aimed at cases with medical and psychologicalaspects (namely in the communication). Exchange of information between the health care workers and patientsbelongs to the most risky situations from the point of complaint. As a conclusion, some preventive measures arerecommended.
