The author submits instructions for a preliminary rheumatological examination of the patientin the surgery of the general practitioner. Patients with rheumatic diseases frequently attendthe surgery of general practitioners. Therefore the author presents an examination procedureof sufficient sensitivity and specificity comprising anamnestic data and instructions for theexamination.
