Overview
The authors present a case of a 68-year-old patient with unilateral upper extremity oedema, skin color changes and subcutaneous nodules. The clinical appearance, serologic and histologic examination confirmed the diagnosis of acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans with fibrous nodules and signs of neuroborreliosis history.
