The authors describe a case of a 94-year-old man with a solitary plaque on his scrotum is Histologic and imunofluorescence examination confirmed a diagnosis of a bullous pemphigoid variant – pemphigoid vegetans. The article provides an overview of the current knowledge of this rare disease.
