Two cases of an undifferentiated carcinoma of the submandibular salivary glandare described. In both cases, the tumour were asymptomatic in the early stage, and werecharacterised by a rapid and aggressive growth. One patient died during actinotherapy fivemonths after presentation, the second patient is well 5 months after radical surgery andpostoperative sctinotherapy.
