The authors submit the results of treatment of two patients where after injuryfracture of the root of a permanent upper incisor in the cervical third was diagnosed. This wasfollowed by combined pedostaomatological treatment (completion of radical development of thetooth and its definite endodontic treatment), orthodontic treatment (extrusion of the fracturedradix by a firm orthodontic device), periodontological treatment (adjustment of the loose gingivaand gingivodental closure) and prosthetic treatment (proeparation of a tooth pin and definitecrown).
