The possibility of donated gametes or embryos usage in infertility treatment

Overview
Donor programme has been an integral part of assisted reproduction methods at our workplace since 1995, when donor sperm was used as the first. Donor eggs we started to use in 1997 and donor embryos in 1999. This possibility is offer to that couples who from some major problem cannot reach pregnancy with their own gametes. Donated sperm or embryo can be provided only to wedded pairs, donor eggs also to partner pairs. Indications for reception donated gametes, selection of donors and medical requirements on them are summarized in this paper.
