Overview
Paraaortic and pelvic lymphadenectomy – a few notes to operative and postoperative measures and complications. Pelvic and paraaortic lymphadenectomy has became an inseparable part of diagnostic and therapeutic approach to gynaecologic tumours. The paper deals with an evaluation of the surgical procedure and postoperative care we have realised which are supposed to minimalise the risks associated with this type of surgery.
