The paper informs about the assessment of health status by physicians reviewers for the purpose of the new term „a person with health affection“ in the law No. 435/2005 on employment. It replaces up-to-date used term „a person with an altered working ability“ and contains 3 categories – a person with health affection, a person with a serious health affection and a person with a health disadvantage.
