Overview
In relation to the preparation of a new factual and legal arrangement of the system of accident insurance in the Czech Republic, the German system of accident insurance has been studied with the aim to learn about the organisation of the assessment of health status in accident insurance and the relation to the allowance system, to clarify competence of physicians in the system of accident insurance and the process of medical assessment of occupational accidents and diseases, the system and the course of medical examinations, review medicine points of view, requirements of the review, assessment of its quality, relationship of the system of accident insurance to other social systems and to learn about other facts related to the assessment of health status in accident insurance. The goal of the contribution is to provide basic information about this system to physicians reviewers, especially in relation to medical review activities.
