Overview
At the end of 19th century, the Municipal Institute for patients with mental diseases in Dobřany represented a standard for other Institutes. The fluctuation of patients and staff was in comparison to nowadays limited .The therapy corresponded to medical level of that time, consisted mainly of nurturant services and working therapy. For a certain peiod of time, interpersonal relations among the medical staff were not ideal.
