The position of the spa in successive care

Overview
The article brings numerous and financial review of successive care beds in Czech Republic. The authors emphasize the fact, that the spa fulfill the function of successive care beds what makes the essential difference from the spa abroad. The law rules for the adult health care are concerned only to the spa treatment, not to the other types of successive health care. In children health care, there is used the list of indications in the spa treatment and the specialized treatment institutes. The authors suggest the systemathical solution of this problem, that can bring the significant savings in health care. This solution is connected with implementation of uniform list of indications for all beds of successive health care.
