Overview

The parental alienation syndrome (PAS) is a childhood disorder that arises within the contextof child-custody disputes. Its primary manifestation is child’s campaign of denigration againstthe other parent that has no justification. Thearticle resumes techniques and motives of alienating parents, PAS symptoms and malignantconsequences; suggests therapeutic solutions in Czech juridical background; counsels to GP’sto cease improper actions.
