Acute headache is very frequent symptom in clinical practice which is mostly associated with benign viral orbacterial upper respiratory tract infections. But headache can be infrequently an alarming symptom of lifethreatening disease and urges on prompt diagnostic and therapeutic measurements (intracranial hemorrhage,tumor, hydrocephalus, CNS and ENT infections). Authors illustrate the review with a case of rare but threateningdisease.
